Successful Summer

Hello Friends and Family,

I had another great week of work. The Community Fair that I had been working on the whole summer took place this past Thursday. It went really well. We ran into a few snags, but it was a success and I received a lot of good comments about it. And the people of Time Warner Cable were pleased as well.

This week was also my last week of working this summer. I did so much work and I had a lot of fun. Every year I gain more and more experience. I will miss all the people that I worked with this summer. On Friday they threw me a surprise party and gave me some parting gifts. It was great and I will miss them and miss working. But I am glad to have a little break before school starts.

Saturday was an adventure for me. My journey home was long and I traveled a long way. In one day I traveled about 2651 miles. I drove to Charlotte, then from there flew to Phoenix, AZ. Then flew from there to Denver, CO then to CO Springs, CO. After that I traveled with my parents up into the mountains for a little get away. That’s a lot of miles in one day.

I am so glad to be with my family again we are having a great time just relaxing and joking with one another again.
