Hello friends and family,
I know it has been a long time since I have made a post to my blog, sorry about that. Everything has jus been so hectic.
Let me start off by saying Happy New Year. I hope yall had a great one.
As you know I was unelgiable to play basketball in the fall. but I was presistent in my grades and made good grades last fall. I played in my first game on December 12th against Lees-McRae.
On the 14th of December I was able to go home for Christimas and visit with my family. Before that I had not been home since early June. It was such a blessing to have the time off. I had a blessed Christmas.
I had to be back at campus December 28th due to a game we had on the 2nd of January.
This season is not going like I had thought it would, We are playing hard, but as a team we are still learning how to play with each other. I am having a lot of fun here at Montreat and I still love it here and I get along with my teammates.
This week is a big week for me, I will be turning the big 20 on Friday February 5th. Its hard for me to believe that. I continue to thank God everyday for life health and strength, and for the opportunity to play basketball. My parents will be visiting me this week to celebrate my birthday and to watch two of my games. My Dad has seen me play in a college game, but my has not. I am really excited that they will both get to see me live and in action doing what I love to do.
Also my Dad will be ministering Sunday Morning February 7th in Hickory, NC.
